   I must say, the sambal paste did take me by surprise. The ‘pedas-ness’ is actually en pointe. Not too much until it covers all other tastes; nor is it too mild like you need to tuang the whole botol in. It is savoury; texture is lovely. Overall, it gave my fried kueyteow+noodle some extra ‘kick’. “)
